The mission of the Santa Maria Valley Young Professionals Group is to empower and elevate young talent by cultivating influential leaders, establishing formal mentorship, and ensuring young professionals have a meaningful voice and a seat at the table in key community discussions and leadership roles. The group strives to develop a sustainable talent pipeline by offering targeted professional training that enables young adults (ages 23-40) to thrive in the Santa Maria Valley.
