Designed to bridge the gap between our community and local industry, Business Tours provide an inside look at the diverse companies driving the Santa Maria Valley economy. These tours are hosted in partnership with the Santa Barbara County Workforce Development Board to help community members and partners connect directly with employers and better understand the specific skills and innovation needed by businesses today.
Each tour offers a firsthand look at local operations, highlighting timely industry topics and the specialized work happening right here in our backyard. They are an excellent way to network with local leaders while gaining a deeper appreciation for the talent and technology that keep our region resilient and competitive.
