Advancing Hispanic Business in the Santa Maria Valley
The Hispanic Business Alliance (HBA) is dedicated to supporting all Hispanic-owned businesses, professionals, and corporate leaders across our region. Guided by local community leaders and supported by the Chamber, the HBA serves as a vital bridge between Hispanic business enterprises and the broader regional economy —celebrating our rich cultural heritage while shaping a stronger, more inclusive future for the Central Coast.
In alignment with the Chamber’s mission to champion local commerce, foster economic inclusion, and build a vibrant community, the HBA works to remove barriers and create equitable access to resources and opportunities.
Whether you are a newly launched venture, an established family-owned establishment, or a large-scale corporate enterprise, the HBA is here to support your journey, accelerate your growth, and amplify your voice within our local economy.
HBA Programming
Through culturally responsive outreach and bilingual education, we provide a robust, supportive ecosystem for business success. The HBA is committed to driving local impact through dedicated, high-impact programming:
Monthly "Grow Your Business" Educational Workshops: These regular, bilingual sessions offer practical tools, resources, and expert guidance on topics like operational strategy, marketing, and local resources available to business owners.
HBA "Mega Mixers": Held three times a year, these high-energy networking events connect hundreds of business owners, managers, and executives with the broader regional economy while honoring cultural traditions. Our Mega Mixers are intentionally held in alignment with major cultural celebrations:
Cinco de Mayo (Spring)
Hispanic Heritage Month (Fall)
Posadas (Winter)
